Clive is currently part of the Digital Engineering team at Laing O’Rourke focusing on advanced modelling practices and project integration at the delivery and planning phase. Focusing on all aspects of the modelling process (3D, 4D and 5D) Clive is responsible for technical strategies at the design and planning phase as well as through delivery. He is also responsible for job specific training and support of staff.
Clive is the Lead Digital Engineer on the Edinburgh St James Redevelopment Project for Laing O’Rourke. He is responsible for defining and implementing the projects digital strategies be it through the use of the 3D models or utilisation of technology on site. Prior to this Clive worked on several other projects for Laing O’Rourke in Australia including the Wheatstone LNG, Ichthys LNG and Central Station Metro Projects in Sydney
