Austrade Business Events Grant

The Australian Government announced it would establish the $50 million Business Events Grants program. This program is funded under the $1 billion Relief and Recovery Fund which is aiding sectors, regions and communities disproportionately affected by the economic impacts of COVID-19.

BILT ANZ 2021 has been approved to be part of the Business Events Grants Program. You can download the full list of approved events from Austrade here.

All bookings for exhibition space / sponsorship after 4 January 2021 are eligible to apply for a grant of up to 50% from Austrade.

Closing date for applications to be received by Austrade: 30 March 2021 05:00 PM AEDT.

Application detail:  This program is demand driven and will be open until all funding has been allocated.

What do you get? The grant amount will be up to 50 per cent of eligible project expenditure (grant percentage).

1 – The minimum grant amount is $10,000.

2 – The maximum grant amount is $250,000.

Note: if approved you need to contribute 50% of the participation costs ie. Minimum of $10k commitment directly from your company

 Who is this for?  Australian businesses including sole traders.

Review the sponsorship opportunities here: https://www.dbei.org/event-partner/bilt-anz/opportunities/. Decide on what you want to book: exhibition space, size, sponsorship options etc.

2 – Add to your Cart and fill out a booking form
Add the items you’d like to your cart and checkout to complete the booking form. At this point you must make us aware if you are applying for the government grants in the additional notes box. If your application is rejected by Austrade, we will be open to negotiating your participation.

3 – Apply directly to Austrade by 30 March (try to apply sooner for the best chance at a piece of the pie)
