DBEI 2021 Schedule Announced

Given the encouraging pandemic recovery phase in the Australia/New Zealand region, DBEI is pleased to announce BILT ANZ 2021 will proceed from September 2-4, 2021 in Sydney, Australia.  There will also be the opportunity for those unable to travel, to participate in the event in a virtual environment.

Wesley Benn, Executive Chair of DBEI said, “It is evident that our community is really missing the face-to-face interaction with industry and stakeholders; we’re thrilled to be providing them that much needed connection and continued sharing of knowledge.”

While the ANZ region is now cautiously shifting into the recovery phase, unfortunately Europe and North America are still very much suffering under the full weight of the pandemic.  It is for that reason that DBEI will postpone BILT Asia 2021, Digital Built Week Europe 2021 and Digital Built Week North America 2021.

These events will be replaced with the organization’s first ever virtual event, BILT Virtual, in mid-2021. This event will see global industry leaders speak on a wide range of topics in a similar, albeit virtual, format to the BILT events you know and love – including many opportunities to connect and share. More information and details on how you can become involved will be available shortly.

DBEI will also continue to run the popular series of DBEI Insight webinars throughout the year, along with several Discover by DBEI webinars showcasing various software solutions and best practice.

“Our committees are working hard to develop those programs and we look forward to sharing that in the coming weeks and months”, Wesley added.
