Anouk van Otterlo is a consultant at the company Based. Working on technical innovations in the AECO market is what motivates Anoukevery day. She likes to be part of the implementation of new technologies, like linked open data and improving processes at different companies. Anouk’s main focus is on formulating strategies and implementing building and asset information management based on international and national standards. Currently, Anouk is working for different clients including companies in the Dutch public sector, such as the municipality of Amsterdam and Waternet, a Dutch water company. At these companies, she focuses on using the technology of linked data to help and improve information processes. Anouk is also participating in various Dutch working groups concerning the standardization of data and data flows and she is a member of the Stumico board, which is an association focusing on the application of IT in the building and infrastructure sector.
