BIM Coordinator
When it comes to engineering I am specifically interested about human involvement and its aspects of it. I geek out about software that enables that human site. That’s why I joined Infranea in 2016 with my internship and have been working with BIM and Simulation software ever since. On the side, I’ve been working with Virtual Reality and Racing Simulators with friends. I graduated at the end of 2018 with a bachelor of Civil Engineering with a focus on Infrastructure. Within Infranea I’ve been working on Scan to BIM and Tunnel refurbishment projects, currently working as BIM Coordinator on the Renovatie Piet Heintunnel in Amsterdam.

Using VR Driving Simulators every engineer can immersively experience the proposed design through the eyes of future drivers. This will result in a better understanding of human behaviour during the design process.
