Michael Edwards is Senior Virtual Design Technical Specialist for IMEG’s Technical Operations Team, which provides the firm’s designers with the latest industry knowledge, standards, and tools. Mike has over 30 years of experience in managing the modeling of a wide variety of structural systems including structural steel, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, post-tensioned concrete, and more. He has been responsible for overseeing the production of BIM models for a broad range of building types including large-scale mixed-use, multi-family residential, data center, healthcare, industrial, and office projects. Mike leads and supports engineers and virtual specialists through continuous technological innovations while ensuring IMEG’s commitment to quality, standards and best practices is met.
