Student
Michalina Dengusiak is a student at Heinrich-Hertz-Gymnasium, currently exploring Rhino, and Grasshopper workflows. Michalina specialises in exploring digital solutions to aid and enhance engineering workflows in day-to-day work. In her work with the McNeel team in the Barcelona office, Michalina has helped develop a snapping grid workflow alongside Michal, providing a perfect blend of new computational perspectives. Recently had an internship at micropsi-industries and worked on an image classifier model implementing deep learning that classifies an industrial material’s orientation on a workbench.

BILT Europe 2022, Valencia | Make it 3D easy! The opensource way of making perfect watertight models using visual programming and more!Michal Dengusiak, Hoare Lea Michalina Dengusiak, Heinrich-Hertz-GymnasiumDesignBILTSustainability, Simulation and AnalysisNon Vendor Specific
Synopsis:
An opensource workflow can help achieve watertight models, which can be used for simulations or 3D printing. It helps to adopt many alternative techniques to further improve quality and efficiency. This presentation will focus on various practical implementations of the current tools’ capabilities as well as talk about their benefits and limitations.
