“Owen began his career as an architect at Oosterhuis Lenard where he designed and engineered complex shapes. During his studies, at TU Delft, he completed Virtual TU Delft. This was an online interactive 3D model of the TU Delft campus. At the department Hyperbody, faculty of architecture he did research on real-time BIM. Also, he was a teacher of Msc students at the faculty of architecture. From 2011 to 2016 he worked for Cepezed as an architect and BIM manager.
Owen has worked on several projects. They include:
CET multi-event centre in Budapest, Hungary;
Student design for a CNC fabricated pavilion, Nanjing, China;
Mockup for Protospace, research in building with CNC fabricated EPS;
Regionaal Topklinisch Interventie Centrum Heerhugowaard for MCA hospital.
Owen was editor of the bookzine iA#3: Emotive Styling. He engineered the design that was in the Revit 2010 splashscreen and was nominated for the Archiprix.”
