Toby Maple

IIMBE
Director - Advisory

Over the last 17 years, Toby has become an industry leader in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Engineering (DE) and intimately understands the challenges and opportunities facing large organisations when effectively implementing digital strategies.

His experience working from Board and Executive level through to designers and software users ensures change management and business processes are linked across the business, aligned to organisational outcomes. He advocates incremental development and implementation of technology-agnostic digital strategies, at a pace that can be sustained financially, organisationally and by the workforce.

Toby’s experience includes implementing BIM and DE at an organisational strategy and mega projects level, as BIM/DE has emerged as a defined discipline. Toby lives in Brisbane, Queensland as is part owner and Director of IIMBE, a Digital Advisory and Delivery consultancy.
