Affiliate [?] Entry level category, receiving the same benefits as a Basic member, with the added benefits of access to the Resource Library (including previous event materials/ standards/ BIM Execution Plans etc), Certificate of Membership and a 10% discount on online events.	Associate [?] Associate members receive the same benefits as Affiliate members with the addition of complimentary access to the DBEI.tv Video Library, 25% to online events as well as a 5% discount on all DBEI in-person events. Note: for those who joined prior to 31 December 2020 this discount is 10% for the 2021 events only.	Professional [?] Professional members receive all benefits as that of an Associate members, with the addition of complimentary access to ALL online events & recordings as well as a 10% discount on all DBEI in-person events.
