Dr. Bilal Succar is a strategic advisor and researcher with extensive experience in performance assessment and improvement. He’s the director of Change Agents AEC, a consultancy operating out of Melbourne, Australia. Change Agents provides BIM performance assessment and benchmarking services – capability, maturity, competency, compatibility, and compliance – in Australia, UK, Canada, Middle East, and across Latin America. Bilal is the Founder of the not-for-profit BIMe Initiative (BIMexcellence.org) and the Head Editor of the international BIM Dictionary (BIMdictionary.com). Bilal published highly-cited academic papers, led prominent BIM education initiatives, and delivered many keynote addresses and workshops across the world.
