As Design /Business Development Manager for Mossop construction + Interiors, Jathin is responsible for the Design Phase delivery of the Design and Construct projects including value management, alternate building solutions, incorporating BIM, ESD and reviewing of safety-in-design. Jathin has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Jathin brings 10 years’ experience as a practicing architect to the role of Design Manager and 14 years of Construction experience to the role of Business Development. He is also a GreenStar Accredited Professional and has training in BIM Essentials, Management Systems Auditing and Safety Supervision.

He has been championing Innovation, Sustainability and Prefabrication at Mossop and considers BIM as the game changer for the Construction Industry to embrace modern construction methods.
